Owner Advocates and Representatives (OAR) is a niche project management firm based in

New York City, with over 30 years’ experience providing incomparable service to high-end clients, owners and landlords.  With President David Trinin at the helm, OAR has successfully managed countless renovation projects for commercial, retail, showroom, call centers, learning centers, post-production theaters, residential properties and out of the ground construction, saving clients both time and money throughout the process.
